2 banane medii
1/2cup sos de mere (mere la slow cook pt 4 ore)
1/2 cup ulei de masline
1/2 cup faina de cocos
1/2 cup faina de tapioca
1/4 cup faina banane
1/4 cup miere de albine
1/4 cup carob
1 cup apa sau lapte de cocos
1/2 lingurita bicarbonat
1/8 lingurita creama de tartar (obtional)
1 lingura zeama de lamaie sau otet de mere
esenta de rom
sare dupa gust
visine congelate

Mod de preparare :
Am pasat banana cu furculita ,si am adaugat toate ingredientele in ordinea scrisa ,am amestecat si am transferat intr-o tava cu hartie de copt .Am lasat 10 min ,timp in care cocosul absoarbe lichidul,Am folosit un vas ceramic si coacerea a durat im jur de 45 min gaz 190 grade.
Am lasata la racit complet ,apoi am feliat .
Spor la treaba si pofta buna!!
